Shipments and Returns
Where do we ship to?
We ship throughout Europe and internationally. Orders are delivered in cooperation with our logistics partners. During our opening hours (Monday-Friday, 08 am – 12 am and 2 pm – 5 pm), we normally ship within 24 hours. All our shipments are insured against theft and damage, so please check the integrity of the package before accepting it. Within the EU the delivery time is from 2 to 5 days, international parcels from 3 to 7 days.
Shipments are FREE starting from a purchased value of:
- 50,00 € for Italy;
- 200,00 € for European Union countries
- 400, 00 € for the rest of the world.
(For lower orders the shipping costs are 10 € for Italy, 50 € for EU countries and 125 € for the rest of the world).
Traceability of delivery
When the goods are shipped you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your shipment, with which you can track your order.
Duty and tax
Within the EU there are no duties or taxes to pay. International deliveries are DDU (delivery duty unpaid), this means that all customs duties and other charges are to be payed by the customer.
Free gift wrapping
Upon request, your purchases can be packaged as gift packages, with greeting card and if you wish we can send the gift directly to the recipient. Simply choose the “gift package” option and enter the greeting message during the final order entry phase.
Returns and Refunds
Orders from our online shop can be returned within our return period of 14 days, which counts from the delivery date of the package. The costs for the return will be borne by the buyer If the buyer himself orders the return shipment, the full value of the order will be refunded after receipt of the package. However, if the buyer wishes to return the goods through us, the return costs will be deducted from the refund in any case. Conditions
- The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
- The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition and must not show any signs of any kind.
- The garment must be returned with all labels and tags attached, including all original packaging and accessories.
- Send your request to return a product by e-mail to email@example.com.
- Always indicate the original order number, the product code and the desired exchange (change of size / color or refund).
- You will receive the return label from us and we will arrange for the package to be collected.
- The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at pizblanc.com warehouses and the garments will be verified.
- The refund will be made exclusively with the same method of payment used.
